个人简介
陈学高,男,工学博士,江苏南京人。主要从事水文与水文地质、同位素水文、流域地表地下水交互等方面的研究,入选首批江苏省卓越博士后人才计划,2023年当选联合国教科文组织政府间水文计划第九阶段战略计划(UNESCO IHP-IX)水教育第四工作组主席。主持国家自然科学青年基金、全国重点实验室自主研究项目等6项,参与国家重点研发、基金委联合基金等10余项。在J. Hydrol.等国际期刊发表高水平论文26篇,授权专利10余项。担任Hydrol. Earth Syst. Sci.、Catena、水文等国内外期刊审稿人。青藏高原冻融水文机理成果被美国土木工程师协会ASCE-EWRI评为2022 JHE Best Case Study Award,水文同位素耦合成果被加拿大Aquanty先后评为2023和2025 HGS亮点研究,成果获2021水利部大禹水利科技一等奖、2021西藏自治区科技二等奖。
