Female, postdoctoral, assistant researcher, master tutor, member of system engineering society and agricultural engineering society. In 2002 and 2005, he obtained the master's degree of agricultural water and soil engineering and the doctor's degree of agricultural engineering from Northeast Agricultural University. He is now a teacher in the Department of agricultural engineering, School of water resources and hydropower, Hohai University, From August 2005 to March 2009, he was a member of the efficient water use team of the State Key Laboratory of hydrology and water resources and water conservancy engineering science. From March 2009 to January 2010, he was engaged in the research of rice water-saving irrigation theory and technology in the Institute of water-saving irrigation of Hehai University; from June 2008 to August 2010, he was engaged in the quality impact of rice water-saving irrigation in the post doctoral station of crop science of Northeast Agricultural University From November 2017 to November 2018, he was a visiting scholar in CSIRO land and Water Department of Australia Federal scientific and industrial research organization, engaged in agricultural system engineering, soil and water resources planning, field experiment of rice water-saving irrigation, etc.
