个人简介

华昊辰,河海大学能源与电气学院副教授、硕士生导师。本科、博士分别于2011年、2016年毕业于英国利物浦大学。2016年入职清华大学信息技术研究院博士后,从事能源互联网方向研究工作。2017年至2019年,受清华大学党委组织部和江苏省委组织部选派,赴南京市江北新区管委会挂职锻炼,任化工产业转型发展管理办公室副处长(副处级)和南京软件园副主任(副处级)。

华昊辰在能源互联网随机优化控制及其在能量路由器中的应用方面开展关键技术研究、装置研制和应用示范。负责承担国家重点研发计划项目子课题、国家自然科学基金(重点国际),参与的项目包括:国家自然科学基金项目、中国南方电网重大科技项目(1200万)、北京市科技计划能源互联网课题(1300万)等。参与创办了首届至第四届IEEE国际能源互联网大会。在IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, Applied Energy等期刊累计发表论文50余篇,其中SCI检索论文20余篇,1ESI高被引。撰写“能源互联网定义”英文词条被互联网百科全书The SAGE Encyclopedia of the Internet收录。获得2次最佳会议论文奖。参与编写英文著作2本。累计获得授权发明专利6项。

华昊辰获得荣誉包括:江苏省“双创博士”、河海大学大禹学者、中共江苏省委组织部第十一批科技镇长团挂职干部考核优秀,江苏省人才工作领导小组办公室江苏省科技镇长团荣誉团员,南京市江北新区科技人才工作顾问,南京市江北新区顶山街道人才企业创业导师,清华大学博士后联谊会第三十届理事会杰出工作认证,清华大学第三十届博士后联谊会常务理事,英国利物浦大学杰出职工成就奖等。
