个人简介

陆佳民，博士，河海大学信息学部计算机与信息学院，副教授，软件工程系副主任，教工党支部书记，硕士生导师。

工作以来长期从事基于水利知识图谱的水利大数据融合、信息挖掘与智能应用关键技术研究工作。主要研究方向包括分布式时空数据存储与处理技术、领域知识图谱管理等。

发表SCI/EI论文20余篇，获国家发明专利授权12项，软件著作权5项。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目“轨迹数据的分布式存储与关键查询优化”（No.61602151）、国家重点研发计划子课题“水资源遥感监测平台智能化服务技术研究”（No.2017YFC0405806-04），参与重点研发计划“大数据驱动的流域智能管理与决策关键技术”中关于水利知识图谱服务关键技术的研究工作，以及其它多项国家重点研发计划和国家科技支撑计划等项目的研究，以及《水利数据目录服务规范》（SL/T 799-2020）、《水利信息分类与编码总则》等行业标准的编制工作。

Short English Biography

Lu Jiamin, Associate Professor at Information Department in Hohai University, China. He received his Ph.D degree in Information Science from FernUniversität in Hagen, Germany, 2014, supervised by Prof. Dr. Ralf Hartmut Güting. His research interests include parallel processing on MOD (Moving Object Database), scaled data management, and Domain-specific Knowledge Graph construction.  At present, he is mainly working on the conjunction of big data technologies and smart water applications.
