刘 琳,博士、教授、博士生导师,国家级青年人才计划入选者 重庆大学本科、东南大学硕博,荷兰代尔夫特理工大学访问博士生(2年),加州大学伯克利分校访问学者(1年),江苏省建筑科学研究院有限公司博士后(3年)。 服务于国家战略需求,主持国家优秀青年科学基金、国家基金委面上项目、青年基金项目、省自然科学基金等,发表论文60余篇,SCI收录论文被引>1000次,EI论文11篇,授权发明专利11件,获科技奖励4项。
