ResumeXiaoyin Liu is currently an Associate Professor of the College of Agricultural Scienc and Engineering, Hohai University, China. She graduated from Hohai University, majoring in Agricultural Soil and Water Engineering, and received Ph.D. in Engineering, December 2017. She has been engaged in the research on the efficient irrigation of agricultural water resources and its ecological and environmental effects for several years. Her research interests particularly in the innovative research consist of crop water deficit diagnosing, water, heat and carbon fluxes in paddy fields under water-saving irrigation practice in terms of scale conversion, scale effect and coupling simulation. She has to-date published more than 40 papers in journals, both locally and internationally. Until now, she has been being the Project Investigator for 5 major infrastructural research grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, and the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province. As a co-Project Investigator, she has also participated in several national fund projects (National Key Technology R&D Program, three National Natural Science Foundation of China and so on). About
