ResumeTan guoping, male, born in February 1975, Ph.D., professor, director of wireless communication and intelligent system institute of hohai university, lixian county, hunan province.In April 2000, after obtaining the master's degree in engineering from southeast university, I entered the CDMA business division of zte in shenzhen and mainly engaged in the research and development of CDMA cellular mobile communication base station system.In September 2003, he entered the state key laboratory of mobile communication of southeast university to study for his doctorate. His tutor was professor cheng shixin.In 2005, he was granted a full scholarship by the German academic exchange service center (DAAD) to study for his doctoral degree in the telecommunications laboratory of saarland university. His supervisor was professor Thorsten Herfet.In March 2009, he was admitted to Germany and received the doctor's degree of information science from saar university.Since 2009, he has been teaching in the department of information and communication engineering, school of computer and information, hohai university. He was promoted to associate professor in 2010 and professor in 2016. Now he is the director of the institute of communication and information system, hohai university.2017 IEEE advanced member.Research interests mainly include wireless AD hoc networks, mobile Internet, mobile edge computing and 4G/5G mobile communication system key technologies.He has presided over a number of projects including national natural science foundation, ministry of education doctoral program foundation and 4G/5G mobile communication system key technology research and development, and won one provincial and ministerial second and third prizes respectively. He has published more than 70 papers, including nearly 30 SCI/EI retrieval papers.It has obtained 6 national invention patents. About
