王加虎

Wang Jiahu (1975.6-), Ph.D., Associate Professor. During 1993-2006, he studied at Hohai University for 10 years, and received Bachelor of Land Hydrology, Master of River Dynamics and Doctor of Hydrology and Water Resources. From 2000 to 2003, he worked in the Planning Office of the Design Institute of the Yangtze River Water Conservancy Commission. From 2008 to 2010, he worked as a visiting scholar at the National Meteorological Center of the University of Oklahoma in the United States for 2 years. Since 2010, he has been teaching in Hohai University teaching. The main research directions include: related content of distributed hydrological model modeling and application, hydrological responsing to climate change and human activities, parameter optimization and temporal and spatial distribution and application, hydrological model software development, etc. Significant achievements include CREST model and distributed hydrological forecasting model systems in Gansu, Guizhou, Chongqing, Heilongjiang and Luang Prabang (Laos) provinces and municipalities. Seven Monographs on the principles of distributed hydrological models were compiled and more than 30 papers were published, of which nearly 10 papers were retrieved by SCI and EI, and won 4 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards.
