ResumeDr. Saiyu Yuan is a professor on Hydraulics and River Dynamics from Hohai University in Nanjing, China. He is interested in water flow, sediment transport, morphological features in rivers, as well as environmental and ecological response. He and his research group have found many novel results from exquisite laboratory experiments, numerical modeling and field surveys. He is keen on interdisciplinary activity between hydraulics, fluvial processes, water environment and ecology. His papers have been published on reputed journals, including Journal of Hydrology, Journal of Hydraulic Research, Journal of Hydro-environment Research, Journal of Waterway Port Coastal and Ocean Engineering-ASCE, Ocean Engineering, etc. Some selected journal papers: 1.
