张茜茜

张茜茜，女，江苏徐州人，1997年1月生，博士，IEEE Member。2025年6月获得南京邮电大学信息与通信工程博士学位，师从桂冠教授（IEEE Fellow）与Hikmet Sari教授（IEEE Life Fellow）。2025年7月加入河海大学信息科学与工程学院，任职于韩光洁院长（IEEE Fellow）团队。主要研究方向包括智能信号识别、网络入侵检测、深度学习与小样本学习等。近年来，在IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security（TIFS）、IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking（TCCN）、IEEE Internet of Things Journal（IoTJ）等CCF-A类及国际权威期刊发表高水平学术论文30余篇，其中以第一作者发表论文10余篇，单篇SCI他引超过100次。主持江苏省研究生科研创新计划项目，参与国家自然科学基金、中央军委科技委173项目、工业和信息化部科技重大专项等多项科研课题。曾荣获《无线电通信技术》“最佳期刊论文奖”、第九届DSA会议“最佳会议论文奖”等学术荣誉。此外，担任KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems（TIIS）期刊编委、电磁频谱学术大会程序委员会委员、IEEE ICICC Award Chair，并受邀为国际期刊审稿人，包括IEEE TIFS、IEEE IoTJ、IEEE TCCN、IEEE Communications Letters等。
