个人简介

张茜茜,女,江苏徐州人,19971月生,博士,IEEE Member20256月获得南京邮电大学信息与通信工程博士学位,师从桂冠教授(IEEE Fellow)与Hikmet Sari教授(IEEE Life Fellow20257月加入河海大学信息科学与工程学院,任职于韩光洁院长(IEEE Fellow团队。主要研究方向包括智能电磁信号识别、网络入侵检测、深度学习与小样本学习等。主持江苏省研究生科研创新计划项目,参与国家自然科学基金、中央军委科技委173项目、工业和信息化部科技重大专项等多项科研课题。截至目前,已累计发表SCI/EI等高水平论文30余篇,其中以第一作者身份在CCF-A类及IEEE Trans系列期刊等发表论文11篇(2TIFS2TCCN3IoTJ2VTC1篇无线电通信技术、1ISAPE),谷歌学术总引用600余次,单篇最高引用超过100次。曾荣获2026 ICTC 会议主席、2026 ICTC 特邀报告、2025 ICICC 最佳会议、2024博士研究生国家奖学金、2024校级博士研究生十大学术之星、2022《无线电通信技术》十佳论文奖、2022 DSA最佳论文奖等荣誉此外,担任SCI期刊KSII TIIS编委、电磁频谱学术大会程序委员会委员、 2025 ICICC颁奖主席,并受邀担任IEEE TIFSIEEE IoTJIEEE TCCNIEEE CL期刊审稿人。
