个人简介

陈煜琪,浙江杭州人。2019年6月于电子科技大学获理学学士学位,2025年6月于浙江大学获得工学博士学位,师从章献民教授和郑史烈教授。主要研究领域包括射频轨道角动量技术、空间调制以及无线通信系统等。2025年10月加入河海大学信息科学与工程学院,任职于韩光洁院长(IEEE Fellow)团队。目前已在国内外权威期刊/会议上发表SCI/EI论文10余篇。参与国家重点研发、NSFC面上项目以及多项华为委托研究项目。担任IEEE TWC、IEEE T-MTT、IEEE Photonics Journal等多个期刊审稿人。
