个人简介
程章文,博士,中共党员,湖北襄阳人,现任河海大学信息科学与工程学院讲师,海上智能网信技术教育部重点实验室成员。2026年毕业于东南大学信息科学与工程学院,获得电磁场与微波技术工学博士学位。主要研究领域:信息超材料、有源/无源微波器件、人工表面等离激元、基站天线的设计与研发。以第一作者/通讯作者身份在IEEE Trans. Antennas Propag., IEEE Trans. Instrum. Meas., Photonics Res.等权威期刊上发表论文10余篇,累计参与发表SCI论文30余篇;主持江苏省研究生科研与实践创新项目1项,并以骨干成员参加了国家自然科学基金、东南大学-中国移动设计院联合横向项目。长期担任IEEE Trans. Antennas Propag., IEEE Trans. Instrum. Meas.,IEEE Antennas Wireless Propag. Lett., IEEE Trans. Microw. Theory Techn., IEEE Microw. Wirel. Technol. Lett.等权威期刊审稿人。
