个人简介
何 湘，女，副教授，硕士生导师。光学工程博士，电气工程博士后。担任中国物理学会静电专委会委员、江苏省光学学会理事、南京光子学与激光工程学会理事。曾获江苏省五一创新能手、iCAN教育之星、河海大学优秀主讲教师、首届河海大学理学院最美教师、河海大学优秀班导师等奖励或荣誉。主持国家自然科学基金等项目4项，参与5项，发表SCI论文30余篇，申请和授权发明专利近10项。获江苏省高校青年教师讲课竞赛一等奖，河海大学第二十二届教师讲课竞赛一等奖。指导学生竞赛获全国和省级奖27项，指导大学生创新训练项目11项（国省级4项）。
