Dr. Kan is now an associate professor in Department of Power Engineering of College of Energy and Electrical Engineering, Hohai University. Main interests focus on：

1. Design and optimization of hydraulic machinery

2. High fidelity CFD simulations

3. Fluid Mechanics and Fluid structure interactions among hydraulic machinery

4.  Rewable energy like wind and current turbine
