个人简介

佘冬立1980年生,湖南长沙人,河海大学农业科学与工程学院教授,博士生导师。水土保持学院副院长、农业科学与工程学院副院长,农业农村部农业低空技术创新与集成重点实验室副主任,水土资源高效利用与保护创新团队负责人。兼任中国土壤学会土壤物理专业委员会副主任委员、中国水土保持学会学科建设与人才培养专委会副主任委员、中国科学院大学博士生导师、江苏省土地学会监事等。入选江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”、江苏省高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人、江苏省“六大高峰”高层次人才和中国科学院西部之光“西部引进人才”项目等。担任《Land Degradation and Development》《Vadose Zone Journal》等客座编委,《水资源研究》《灌溉排水学报》《中国水土保持科学》等期刊编委。

      长期致力于高效灌排理论与技术、水土资源规划与保护、水土保持与灌区生态修复等方面的教学和科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金(6项)、国家重点研发项目子课题、国家科技支撑子课题、省部基金、以及地方规划设计咨询等项目60余项;以第一(含通讯)作者在国内外高水平期刊发表学术论文150余篇,其中行业内经典刊物SCI论文80余篇,高被引论文1篇;获江苏省教学成果一等奖1项,省部级科研奖5项;主编专著2部,制定地方标准4项;授权国家发明专利10余项,1项技术入选江苏省节水设备(产品)和技术目录,1项技术入选2025年度水利部成熟适用水利科技成果推广清单,1项建议被教育部咨询专刊(综合)摘录,并报有关领导参阅;部分成果实现产业化,并已累积推广30余万亩;培养硕/博士研究生70余人,其中获国家奖学金20人次,培养省优秀博士、硕士学位论文各1篇,培养省优秀本科毕业论文1篇。
