ResumeProf. Guosong Wu PhD, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China Address: College of Mechanics & Materials, Hohai University, Nanjing, China E-mail: wuguosong@hhu.edu.cn ◆ Biography Prof. Guosong Wu received his PhD in materials processing engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China in 2007. He has worked as a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, City University of Hong Kong and Kwangwoon University (South Korea) for about 10 years before he joined Hohai University as a full professor. ◆ Research Interests ■ Surface engineering ■ Corrosion science ■ Structural materials and related mechanics ■ Biomaterials and bionic manufacturing ■ Plasma related technologies ◆ Research Output ■ Prof. Guosong Wu has published more than 100 academic papers that have been cited over 3500 times (H-index=38) according to Scopus. ■ Prof. Guosong Wu is listed among Top 2% of the World's Most Highly Cited Scientists (Career-long Impact: 2020,2021; Single Year Impact: 2019,2020,2021) according to metrics compiled by Stanford University. ◆ Activities Prof. Guosong Wu has delivered more than 30 invited talks at academic conferences and famous universities.
