衣鹏，河海大学教授，博士生导师。主要从事青藏高原冻土水文循环过程同位素示踪与模拟等研究。 主持与参与国家自然科学基金、中科院先导项目、国家重点研发等科研项目10余项，已发表相关学术SCI论文40余篇。
