个人简介
周倩雯，女，中共党员，博士。2022年6月，博士毕业于东南大学土木工程学院管理科学与工程专业，获管理学博士学位；2019年9月至2020年9月，于新加坡国立大学设计与环境学院建造系进行博士生联合培养；2016年6月，本科毕业于武汉理工大学土木工程与建筑学院工程管理专业，获工学学士学位。2022年6月以来，在河海大学商学院工程经济与工程管理系从事教学科研工作。 现主持国家自然科学基金项目一项，江苏省社会科学基金项目一项，中央高校基金业务科研费项目一项。
