个人简介

曹元,男,198511月生,国家青年人才项目入选者,中国计算机学会容错专委秘书长,中科院兼职副教授,江苏省“双创博士”、江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀骨干教师、常州市“龙城英才”、河海大学“大禹学者”以及常州市集成电路领域专家。近年来共发表论文94篇(SCI/EI),共引用1258次,H指数20,iH指数为37。2023年入选全球排名前2%的科学家榜单。其中在IEEE TCAS-I, IEEE TCAD, IEEE TIFS, IEEE EDL, IEEE TVLSI, IEEE TIE等集成电路与信息安全领域内的顶级期刊。授权发明专利34件,其中PCT 1件,科技转让2件。主持包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目和江苏省重点研发计划等项目 20 余项。主要研究方向:芯片的设计与应用研究,电机驱动,深度学习缺陷检测。
