ResumeHUANG Qihuan received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Chang’an University in 2000 and Wuhan University in 2003, respectively, then he got a position at Hohai University and achieved his Ph.D. degree there in 2009. He is currently an professor at Hohai University. Between Mar. 2015 and Mar.2016, he worked as a visiting scholar at Geomatics Divisionin of Centre Tecnològic de Telecomunicacions de Catalunya (CTTC), Barcelona Spain. His main research interest is to measure and model infrastructure displacement using both space borne and ground based radar interferometry, and try to establish a health monitoring system for giant manmade buildings to help evaluating its health status.
