个人简介
吴英俊,河海大学副教授,硕士生导师。2013年获都灵理工大学(PoliTO)博士学位,2018年加入河海大学电气与动力工程学院。研究方向涵盖新能源电力系统稳定分析与控制、电力需求侧资源交易分析与优化、复杂电力系统弹性分析与控制、以及电力信息物理网络攻防分析与优化。近年来承担国家与省部级项目7项,横向项目50余项。在RENEW SUST ENERG REV、IEEE INTERNET THINGS、IEEE T SUSTAIN ENERG、IEEE T PWRD等学术刊物和会议上发表论文70余篇(SCI收录30余篇),授权国家发明专利8项(成果转化2项),研制智能配用电仿真系统1套,获江苏省管理创新成果一等奖1项。担任IEEE PES南京分会秘书长、IEEE PES青年技术委员会(YP TAC SC)委员、IEEE PES(中国)陆上风电并网及消纳技术分委会常务理事、IEEE PES(中国)智能电网与人工智能分委会、能源服务与区块链技术分委会理事,以及江苏综合能源服务产业联盟能效提升专委会委员。还担任FRONT ENERGY RES、ELECTRONICS-SWITZ、电力需求侧管理等学术期刊的客座副主编或编委,IEEE APPEEC-2020特邀报告分委会主席以及多个国际会议分会场主席。 热忱欢迎刻苦钻研、拼搏进取的考生加入课题组!

研究领域
1. 新能源电力系统稳定分析与控制 新能源机组抗扰能力弱,电网故障时新能源会大规模脱网,对电网稳定性产生不利影响。本方向拟分析新能源发电与电网交互作用机理,研究新能源电网运行与控制技术,为新能源电网稳定运行提供支撑。 2. 电力需求侧资源交易分析与优化
需求侧资源可提高电力系统可靠性,如何构建交易机制提高资源拥有者积极性,还有待研究。本方向拟分析需求侧资源的运行特性与经济性,研究电力需求侧资源交易策略,为促进需求侧资源利用提供支撑。 3. 复杂电力系统弹性分析与控制 自然灾害事件严重威胁电网安全与稳定,如何利用分布式资源来提高电网弹性,还有待解决。本方向拟分析极端天气影响电网运行的机理,研究协调“全局-本地”资源的弹性提升策略,为应对极端事件提供支撑。 4. 电力信息物理网络攻防分析与优化 电网正演化为电力信息物理网络,“信物”耦合可提高运行效率,但网络安全问题也愈加突出。本方向拟分析网络攻击入侵与扩散机理,研究电力信息物理网络规划方法与防御策略,为抵御网络攻击提供支撑。

招生信息
1. 研究生招收情况 a) 至今共指导研究生 43 名,其中在读博士 3 名、硕士 16 名,已毕业硕士 24 名;
b) 每年招收学术学位硕士研究生 2 名(电气工程-电力系统),专业学位硕士研究生 3 名(能源动力-电气工程),留学生 1~2 名。
2. 研究生招收条件 a) 有志于新能源电力系统稳定分析与控制、电力系统需求侧资源优化与交易、主动配电网弹性分析与控制、电力信息物理系统网络攻防领域科学研究; b) 阳光自信、勤奋踏实; c) 数学与英语能力突出者优先考虑。
3. 指导研究生毕业去向
a) 大部分进入电力公司工作,包括国网江苏常州、南通、盐城供电公司等,国网浙江杭州、绍兴、台州供电公司等; b) 部分去到国内外著名高校继续 深造读博 ,毕业后到高校工作。
